Matthew is a Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager specialising in the Marine, Renewable Energy and Offshore Energy sectors. His combined experience in delivering projects and services in the marine and offshore industries in Australia and supporting Federal government with feasibility licence application technical assessments have provide Matthew with a unique and valuable understanding of the offshore wind industry in Australia.

- Academic degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Monash University.
- 15 years of unique offshore and marine industry experience in Australia. Including 4 years supporting the offshore wind industry in Australia including:
- FLIDAR operations in Bass Strait for Akrocean / Star of the South and
- Advising State and Federal Government including the assessment of Feasibility license applications.
- Expertise in local supply chain and challenges related to delivering projects offshore in Australia through his experience managing the delivery and execution of subsea intervention package for the decommissioning of 2 oil fields in Bass strait.
- Knowledge of local port operations through his experience in the project initiation and oversight of Supply Base Services at Port of Geelong for 18month offshore drilling campaign.
- Understanding of early site investigations and maritime requirements through his experience in managing various vessel upgrades and preparation for offshore site survey, ROV inspection and light construction in Bass Strait and Otways.
