We’re excited to welcome Emma Hayes to the Energise team in our Perth office as our new Offshore Approvals and Marine Ecology Specialist
Emma brings a strong passion for marine environments and sustainable offshore development, along with valuable expertise across marine ecology and environmental approvals.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys diving and participating in marine conservation and research projects — a passion that perfectly complements her professional focus.
Emma’s favourite part of the role is the diversity of projects and the opportunity to contribute to practical, science-based solutions that support sustainable project outcomes.
She is looking forward to working alongside the highly experienced and collaborative Energise team, contributing to impactful environmental projects, and continuing to grow her expertise across marine ecology, environmental approvals, and sustainable offshore development initiatives.
