Energise Joins Danish and Australian Leaders in Renewable Energy Collaboration

Energise was delighted to participate in the Renewable Energy Sector Activity: “Partnering for clean, secure and affordable energy”, held at the Invest Victoria Investment Centre in Melbourne as part of Their Majesties’ State Visit to Australia.

The event, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, brought together Australian and Danish stakeholders to exchange knowledge and perspectives on accelerating the green energy transition. The morning session focused on strengthening collaboration across key renewable energy sub-sectors including offshore wind, onshore renewables, green fuels and maritime decarbonisation, bioenergy and biogas, and energy trading.

We were proud to have Jonas Jacobsen and Adam Thyboe representing Energise at the event, contributing to discussions on opportunities to deepen cooperation between Denmark and Australia as both countries continue to scale up renewable energy and decarbonisation efforts.

The programme included a panel discussion on “Australia’s Green Transition at a Turning Point”, followed by targeted roundtable discussions designed to foster closer ties between industry, government and investors across the two countries.

Events like this highlight the strong alignment between Danish innovation and Australian renewable energy ambition, and the importance of international partnerships in delivering a clean, secure and affordable energy future.
