Ocean Winds (OW), headquartered in Madrid, is an international offshore wind development company. It is a joint venture owned 50:50 by Portugal’s EDP Renewables, and French utilities company ENGIE. Ocean Winds is involved in the development, construction and operation of offshore wind projects. Ocean Winds is present in 7 national energy markets, with 1.5 GW of operational offshore wind farms, and 13.2 GW pipeline of projects in development.
