Naomi is a highly talented executive specialising in the energy, utilities, and the renewables sectors. Naomi is a uniquely experienced and highly capable professional. Time-served through several roles and markets, her work spans all stages of project development including site identification and due diligence, bid management, feasibility studies and survey delivery, approvals and land assembly, refinement, execution (construction), and operations and maintenance. An insightful strategic leader and thinker, Naomi is informed, well-organised and dependable. She is a gifted team builder and a strong communicator, effectively interfacing with diverse stakeholders. Naomi has worked in the clean energy space for almost 25 years, covering ‘all sides of the table’, including as a developer, regulator, consultant, and independent business operator. With experience as the Development Director on Australia’s first offshore wind project, Naomi has played a decisive role in the establishment of a nascent offshore wind industry in Australia. Naomi has directly contributed to the successful delivery of over 3.2GW of both offshore wind and floating wind generation worldwide.
