Energise Renewables Announces Leadership Transition

Energise Renewables (‘Energise’) today announced a planned leadership transition, with Naomi Campbell and Adam Thyboe stepping down as Partners effective 1 November 2025, following three years of shared leadership alongside Managing Partner, Jonas Jacobsen.

Together, Jonas, Naomi, and Adam co-founded Energise in 2023, establishing a reputation for strategic insight, technical excellence, and integrity. Under their joint leadership, the company has supported governments and developers to secure seabed rights for nearly 3.5 GW of offshore wind projects, advised on policy and market frameworks, and played a defining role in shaping Australia’s emerging offshore wind sector.

As Naomi Campbell continues her work with the World Bank, and Adam Thyboe takes on new leadership opportunities within the energy sector, both will remain closely connected to Energise. They are expected to provide strategic guidance and sectoral insight from time to time, ensuring continuity for clients and supporting Energise’s ongoing mission to accelerate the clean energy transition.
